Covering the most common questions asked about VLGS Summer Session
Over the past twenty years, Vermont’s communities have embraced restorative justice by building an infrastructure of organizations and inspiring many committed volunteers. Every day, community members and restorative justice practitioners are addressing victim and community needs and effectively engaging those in conflict with the law. However, gaps still exist. This conference is designed to identify challenges and opportunities toward scaling up restorative justice throughout Vermont. By highlighting local and international expertise and focusing specifically on regional experience(s), this conference will consider the next steps required for Vermont to integrate a seamless system of restorative justice interventions statewide.
